It all gets mooshed

In contemplating all the things going on in our lives how do we ever make fair and sensible choices? How many things do we just do with no choice?
When one makes a bad choice or bad choices are made for us, how do we take responsibility? What equips us for the future? How do people working and doing most of the labor in the country have much of an understanding as to what affects their life and what powers of change they might have?
Unemployment has given many more time to think. Are they more happy or more concerned. Are they better informed? I have more time these days to think about everything but at some point I have to just shut down and try to digest it all and make some sort of reasonable plan. How the heck do we do all this stuff? What do you do first? Where do you go for advice? Who do you trust? Who cares about you? Who do you care about?

Among the odds

what binds us close together?

our perfects

or our mistakes?

the chance of you being

as good as you are

are amongst the odds

to be complete is to dance

to be happy is to walk with angels

to die is incomplete

Radiance

the nature of light surrounds us

we are light passing through

glasses filled with filters

exchanging atoms and photons

we build an image to the past

our prismatic systems

charge the impulse of our perception,

up looping a glorious

sensitivity to alive!

Bunch of people want to change things when we can hardly see how the mechanism works. Most of the needed things get done anyway, at least in this country it seems. Protecting all our rights and allowing for our differences, mostly our society seems to work. Didn’t someone say ‘you can’t please all the people all the time’? There is still a lot of ‘help one another’ going on. If you feel something is broken and needs to be fixed you have to know the parts and how it operates. If you have to replace a part you either have to go to the original manufacturer or find a proper and reliable substitute. If you take it apart and reassemble it with faulty parts its going to break down again. Then, in some cases, the bubble gum and bailing wire holds it together just long enough to get the mechanism to the place where someone who understands it all can say with all knowledge and conviction “you’re going to have to get a new one, this is broken and can’t be fixed”.
